27 inch touch screen monitor
Calificado en Estados Unidos el 17 de febrero de 2018 Estilo: Full HD (1920 x 1080)Tamaño: 27 - pulgadas Compra verificada Do not buy this monitor if you have any expectations for the touch screen to work with Windows 10 regardless of what it says in the FAQ! From Acer's Website: Why is my T272HL touchscreen not working in Windows 10? The touch functionality of the T272HL will not work in Windows 10. Your monitor will still display an image, however, the touchscreen functionality will not work in Windows 10. Calificado en Estados Unidos el 28 de junio de 2016 Estilo: Full HD IPS (1920 x 1080)Tamaño: 23-Inch Compra verificada Beautiful monitor--best I've used. I upgraded my 3 year old Windows 7 64 bit Dell to Windows 10 to get the touch features and although the screen looked great, the touch didn't work initially. Just an FYI, so far the WIndows 10 upgrade has been problem free (surprise) although it took forever (over night). I called Acer (866-695-2237) and a very patient tech spent about a hour with me trying to update drivers before we figured out I hadn't connected the 2nd cable. It needs both a HDMI cable (for normal screen stuff) and a USB cable for the touch features. The instructions are a little fuzzy--as if translated (poorly) from another language. Somewhat weirdly, my monitor came with a cable that is USB on one end (connects to the computer) and a very odd connection on the other end that connects to the monitor. The tech said the other end is called "1800 mm" and it looks like two small boxes, one on top of the other. The 4' cable isn't quite long enough, and I can't find anything on-line to order a 6' version. Actually, I found the part number on Amazon, but it was for Europe only and couldn't be delivered to the US. So I've ordered a USB extension cable instead. I I bought this monitor with expectations of using the multi-touch capability to control my DAW software. I took the opportunity to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Over all the touchscreen is very responsive for me. The 3 usb out ports were really a plus!!! The size of the monitor makes adjusting most of knobs and sliders a dream. I haven't delved much into Adobe Photoshop or Premiere yet but it looks promising. Cons..Monitor Adjustment Button Placement. 5.0 de 5 estrellas Great Production Tool!!! While the monitor has a 3 year warranty, you will be covering the shipping costs of a 23 lb large box going to Texas. Tack on around $60-70 for this. After the first round of phantom touches started about 5 months into the product usage (phantom touch is where the monitor believes you are touching a single point and is a common failure on touch screen devices, mine happened to be the bottom right hand corner), I sent the monitor back to Acer for repairs since I was out of the return window with Amazon. $65 later I had my monitor returned and presumably repaired. Roughly 3 months later, the same phantom touch was happening more frequently in the exact same spot. After requesting a replacement, I was told to send the monitor back for repairs. One week and $63 later, I had my monitor returned to me with a new USB cord stating, "Tested monitor, nothing wrong, sent USB replacement cord." Yup, I paid $63 to ship it back because nothing was wrong. That's my style. Acer's 3 year warranty means nothing at this point. Worst warranty service I've ever seen from a tech company. When I got the new monitor I plugged it in with the new cord and shockingly after a full day and a half of usage, phantom touches are still occurring in the same place!!!!!!! This was a trial run for replacing our entire office with these monitors and it has been an absolute failure. Total cost of a my 27-Inch non touch screen, giant monitor: $627. My other 27 inch non touchscreen, smaller beveled monitor was $175. Maybe we will try a touch screen monitor in a few more years. 1.0 de 5 estrellas Worst warranty service I've ever seen from a tech company After the third failure, it's time for a review of this monitor. How can this product be on the market when Windows 7 has not been supported since January 2020? The touchscreen feature is the reason why I ordered this monitor. Now I have NO use for it. I WANT TO RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND. Please advise asap. Al Del Maestro 5.0 de 5 estrellas Works with Windows 10 out of the box. Calificado en Canadá el 4 de octubre de 2021 Estilo: Full HD IPS (1920 x 1080)Tamaño: 23-Inch Compra verificada I bought this about a month ago for a co-worker who develops apps and needs a large touch screen for testing. I opened the box, plugged it into my Windows 10 laptop (fully updated but it's an older laptop) and it worked instantly. I didn't have to download any additional drivers, it just worked. Same story for my co-workers laptop. The other reviews complaining about it not working with Windows 10 probably didn't plug in the included USB cord that's required for the touch interface to work. Pros: Cons: Overall this product is excellent for the price and again IT DOES WORK WITH WINDOWS 10. 1.0 de 5 estrellas not compatible with windows 10 Calificado en Canadá el 22 de febrero de 2019 Estilo: Full HD IPS (1920 x 1080)Tamaño: 23-Inch Compra verificada Windows 10 was launched in 2015 - that's 4 years ago. This touch screen monitor does not support windows 10. Even Windows 10 does not recognize the display driver. I doubt any Microsoft customer still uses windows 8 (which btw, was launched in 2012). This screen is OBSOLETE and shouldn't be sold on amazon or anywhere else 4.0 de 5 estrellas pretty good Calificado en Canadá el 8 de diciembre de 2020 Estilo: Full HD IPS (1920 x 1080)Tamaño: 23-Inch Compra verificada Bought it for my daughter so she could do some digital art. unfortunately, not a lot of good stylus is good for the touch screen. touch screen does work for Windows 10, you just have to plug the usb cable, can be annoying since there's already the hdmi and power cable attached to it. overall, it does it's job as a touch screen. not the best for digital art if that's what you want to use it for 5.0 de 5 estrellas Great touchscreen monitor Calificado en Canadá el 24 de febrero de 2017 Estilo: Full HD IPS (1920 x 1080)Tamaño: 23-Inch Compra verificada Excellent monitor, images are clear &sharp. Note that the clear plastic below the screen is actually quite dark. Mine is dark grey but you can still see through it. The stand is quite stable. The inputs at the back are a little hard to access because of the design, but manageable (meant for tiny hands I think). The speakers aren't the best but are of passable sound quality. Touchscreen works well - note that some others have had issues with this working only intermittently, but I haven't had any so far. Opiniones con imágenes

I've only had this monitor a day, and I can already tell this a great addition to my sound production suite.
Using this touchscreen in combination with the mouse (and sometimes keyboard) really has the potential of increasing workflow a great deal.
This was to utilize the full multi-touch function in my Sonar Cakewalk DAW. This required Windows 8 or later.
I've only had one issue so far with not being able enter anything in any of the fields via touchscreen or keyboard.
I had no way to log back into the computer.
The problem turn out to be a Creative audio interface with very old and quirky drivers.
Once I unplugged that and restarted, everything was fine.
The brightness, colors, and clarity are on par for my needs.
It has VESA mount capability, and the adjustable monitor stand is removable.
It also contains a small cover to replace where arm was removed..
I found a small swivel type mount w/arm to mount to desk.
It really gave me a few options for angling the monitor to my preference.
The monitor is very lightweight and well made.
The clear plastic bottom edge is very easy to remove.
This worked out great for using as a control desk.
This allowed me to plug in a software dongle, and my keyboard/mouse wireless thingy.
The 27" size gives me pretty good size buttons, dials and instrumentation at 1020x1080 res.
Very easy to read from all angles.
I've done a lot of research on this monitor and found most reviews favorable. (As a DAW control surface).
For me this is much cheaper than buying a hardware controller and much more versatile. IMO.
Don't know if the colors are acceptable to photography professionals, but they're pretty acceptable to my taste.
The way I have the monitor mounted, I'm able to slide it in & out.
When I do this I almost every time hit the power off switch or adjustment buttons.
Very easy to accidentally touch stuff and drag something, or open an app, especially around the edge.
(That isn't really a con, guess it just takes getting familiar with it .)

- Works out of the box.
- Very responsive to the touch and works as you expect.
- IPS panel so it's good at all angles.
- VESA mount compatible.
- VGA and HDMI ports.
- Three USB 3.0 ports; one being a high powered charging port.
- Sleek design and the clear plastic 'stand' at the bottom can be removed for mounting.
- Price is quite reasonable compared to other products on the market.
- Resolution could be better. Yes it's only 23-inches but you're close to it because you have to touch it, so it looks sort of pixelated.
- Lack of DisplayPort is a head scratcher.
- Bezels could be smaller but not a deal breaker.
